Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date the product was received, subject to the terms of this policy and applicable law.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
• New and in its original condition
• Unused
• Free from damage, dirt, stains, or signs of use
• Returned in its original packaging, where applicable
Proof of purchase or an order receipt may be required when requesting a return or exchange.
The cost of shipping the product back to us is the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellations will be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the terms applicable to the purchase, and the website's Terms of Use.

Cancellation Fees

Refunds

Promotions & Discounts

For products purchased as part of a promotion or at a discounted price, any eligible refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid at the time of purchase, rather than the product's original price before the discount.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, specifications, and availability displayed on our website are accurate.
If an error is discovered in the price, product description, availability, or other material information, we may correct the error and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law, including cancelling the order and refunding the amount paid where required.
