🛍️ Returns and Cancellation Policy

You may exchange a product or receive a refund for the product only, within 14 days of receiving the item. A refund will be issued only after the product is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and clean. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Transaction cancellations will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the product purchase terms, and the website's Terms of Service.

Cancellation Fees

By law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may be charged.

Promotions and Discounts Terms

  • Promotions on the site are valid for the period specified or while supplies last, whichever comes first. The company reserves the right to update, change, or terminate any promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

  • Returns and exchanges will be carried out according to the company's general returns policy, subject to the presentation of an invoice or proof of purchase.

  • In the event of a refund, the refund will be issued for the actual amount paid at the time of purchase, after deducting shipping fees, transaction fees, and any other non-refundable amounts according to company policy and the law.

  • Refunds will be granted for new, unused products in their original packaging and without defects, all at the company's sole discretion.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with coupons, other promotions, benefits, or additional discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • In the event of an error in price, product description, or any other detail, the company shall be entitled to cancel the transaction and refund the customer’s money.
